W02 files present, up to now, two applications of a different nature, namely:

Setup files

The W02 format and extension files are a type of file used by various programs, which contains a part of the installation or archive files necessary to rebuild or install a program.

This extension, W02, is also used as a Yamaha sound sample library file.

This program contains a library of animal sounds and files with the extension W02 are generally used for sounds related to cats.

Normally, these files can be opened by double clicking on them.
