Open UPGRADE File
UPGRADE extension files are files used by various software packages and Operating Systems as data files where downloaded updates and patches are stored for later installation.
UPGRADE extension files are binary files and it is not recommended to open them manually, by the user.
Said UPGRADE files are not editable or configurable by the user.
An example of the use of UPGRADE files is the N-Tier API, ISAPI.
