THE file contains settings and other data that can change the appearance of the Windows interface.

After the release of Windows Vista, Microsoft discontinued the Plus! software.

Optional features for Vista are available through "Windows Ultimate Extras."

Due to the discontinuation of the Plus! software, THE files have become obsolete.
