Open QEL File
The QEL file contains online banking information associated with a Quicken account, in fact, QEL is the acronym for Quicken Electronic Library.
The QEL file stores a list of banking institutions and login information used to download account data over the Internet, thus, QEL files are generally classified as data files.
If accessing Quicken data online fails, the QEL file can be deleted. The QEL file will be created automatically the next time an online banking connection is established.
