NetOp Scripting Files

The term 'NST' also refers to NetOp Script files, which are used to automate tasks in the NetOp Remote Control software. In this context, NST files contain script code that is executed by the NetOp Scripting engine. To view and edit these files, one would require the NetOp Remote Control software or a simple text editor like Notepad.

NST File Important Information

The two types of NST files discussed above are not interchangeable. An NST file created in Autodesk Nastran cannot be opened using NetOp Remote Control, and vice-versa. Therefore, it is essential to know the source of an NST extension file before attempting to open it.
