Open MPF File

MPF files have a number of uses, including:

Microsoft Media Package File

For Microsoft's Media Package, MPF format files are image files that are used in a variety of applications, such as Microsoft Clip Organizer, a program that manages clip art for Microsoft Office applications.

The MPF file contains clip art and keywords in a compressed package.

The fact that the MPF file is a compressed file does not mean that they can be opened manually, in fact, this is not recommended.

MPF files replace CIL files belonging to Microsoft Clip Organizer 2002.

MainActor Project File

In this application, the MPF files are a project created by MainActor, a program developed by MainConcept, which was used to edit and convert video clips, thus containing settings and preferences related to videos.

It can be exported to a variety of other video formats.

MainActor was discontinued in 2007 and is no longer supported or available for download.
