Open FIP File

FIP files are a type of RobWare File Investigator developed for File Investigator by Forensic Innovations.

File investigator is a simple program that offers recursive file searches, using standard methods to search by name, location, attributes and modification date, however, the content tab allows you to select additional parameters that are not found in the standard search tool and they don't just have to do with the filename. The results are displayed with file name and extension, location and description, and the search is saved in a file with a FIP extension.

Therefore, FIP files are considered of the Internal Database type and should not be opened with other types of software. The last update of File Investigator is Nov, 2008.
