Open EXML File

The EXML file is a Tizen Effect Model. Tizen is a Linux-based mobile operating system sponsored by the Linux Foundation and the LiMo Foundation. Tizen is built on Samsung's Linux platform, a reference implementation built into LiMo. Tizen, therefore, is a standards-based open source software platform backed by leading mobile operators, device manufacturers and silicon suppliers and is available for mobile phones, tablets, embedded devices and smart TVs.

EXML files are specifically used by the Tizen SDK and are files that save Effect Models in an XML format. The Tizen SDK is the development software for the operating system, now called Tizen Studio.
